On-line Returns Policy
If when you receive your goods you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your item(s) to us within 28 days of receiving the goods, for an exchange or refund. The full price of the product will be refunded upon receipt of the returned item within 28 days of receiving the product. If you prefer, you can exchange your item for any product of the same value on our website.
Returned goods must not have been worn please, and must not be damaged or soiled in any way. Soiled items include those which hold animal hairs, are damaged by make-up or are dirty. Further items that have been washed or treated prior to return will be considered soiled as will any items that smell (e.g. tobacco or feed smells).
Your goods must be returned with their original labels and tags intact and should ideally be in their original packaging. Please do not sellotape on or write on original packaging prior to returning an item. When trying on footwear please only do so on a carpet or on indoor flooring and any items returned must not have been worn outside. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Please acknowledge that you are held responsible for any item that you are returning until such time that it reaches us. You may wish to obtain proof of posting and please ensure your items is packaged securely
In order to return your item(s) please follow these steps:
- Pack your items carefully, as a refund can only be issued if the items are received in perfect condition.
- Please complete the Returns Form and include it in the parcel you are returning

Unfortunately, we are not liable for goods that are lost or damaged in the post, or whilst in transit.
We are not able to refund any return postage charges, however we will send any exchange items free of postage charge for all UK Mainland. Please see below regarding our exchange procedure.
Refund Procedure
Refunds will be made upon receipt of the returned item as outlined above and payments will be made within 28 days of cancellation. Unfortunately, all return postage or carriage costs will not be reimbursed.
All refunds will be made directly to the original credit/debit card, Paypal account or cheque holder.
UK Exchange Procedure
Should an item be returned for an exchange (e.g. to change from one size to another) then no further postage costs will be incurred by you, other than to return the original item to us. We will send out the exchange item without an additional postage and packing fee.
Should there be a price difference in the exchanged items the following will take place:
- If a refund of the difference is due the reimbursement will be made to the original credit/debit card, Paypal account or cheque holder
- If any additional charge is required, a member of our team will contact you to arrange payment. For security reasons, we do not store customers credit/debit card details
International Exchange Procedure
In relation to International sales, should an item be returned for an exchange then further postage costs will be incurred by you. We will contact you to arrange for payment to cover the postage charge for the exchanged item.
Should there be a price difference in the exchanged items the following will take place:
- If a refund of the difference is due the reimbursement will be made to the original credit/debit card, Paypal account or cheque holder
- If any additional charge is required, a member of our team will contact you to arrange payment. For security reasons, we do not store customers credit/debit card details
Faulty Items
If your item is faulty, please contact us before returning any item to discuss the next steps on 01978 437029 or info@cherrytreecountryclothing.com. Please note if you choose to return the faulty item without contacting us prior, we will not be able to refund your returns postage costs.
Goods Damaged in Transit
If upon receipt of your goods you find that the item is damaged, it should be returned to us for inspection immediately. Please do not use the damaged item, otherwise you will be deemed to have accepted it.
In order to offer a replacement or refund, the product must be returned to us for inspection and we, in turn, may have to return the item to the manufacturer for further testing. In the unlikely event of this occurring, all postage fees incurred by you will be reimbursed.
