Built like a tank!
Amazing boot for the money, the leather is so thick yet supple. They are built like a tank and I am sure these will last for many years if not decades to come! Highly recommend a pair of these. For me with a wider feet, they seem to fit true to size with medium thick socks.

Beautiful
I am extremely happy with my boots. Very, very good value for a British made boot that will last a very long time. They are robust, with lovely stitching and a very good fit. The leather is slightly redder than pictures, but this can easily be changed with polish if you prefer a darker boot. I've oiled mine and the leather just shines. Very comfortable and the ankle support gives you confidence over the roughest terrain. A beautifully made and very handsome boot.

Great boots
Just a great, no nonsense outdoor boot. They break in very easily. Just after two weeks they fit and walk like I'm wearing them for a couple of months. They are a great replacement for my worn down Hanwag boots.

Hoggs Rannoch
Very nice boots indeed. I have a few pairs of Hoggs footwear already and these are definitely very good value for the price. Made by Cheaney, I believe, which is a good sign. I'd make sure you try them out properly before going outside in them, the sizing is generous and the ankle is high, and they are more autumn/winter boots and I wouldn't wear them on very warm days. Wonderful boots that just get better
For such a sturdy boot these are comfortable from the off and just get better with wear. They are, perhaps, a little on the large side (I bought insoles for mine) but provide good ankle support. I keep them watertight and hansome with Nikwax Waterproofing Wax for leather.

Sturdy country boot
Comfortable, sturdy boot, overall quite well made, besides the stitching at the heel were the weld ends. Fits true to size when wearing warm socks or thermal insoles. Otherwise or with narrow feet you might size down half a size. Excellent value for money.
